Custom Projects in
Enterprise Environments
We deliver software solutions tailored to concrete requirements—typically in complex enterprise environments with many stakeholders, high quality demands, and long-term roadmaps.
Our work ranges from strategic modernizations and integrations into existing system landscapes to standalone applications—including architecture, delivery, and (if desired) handover into operations.
How We Work
Consulting, Architecture and Delivery for Complex Enterprise Systems
Decades of Experience in Software Delivery
For many years, we have been building demanding software solutions based on Microsoft technologies and the .NET stack. Our focus is on stable architectures, clear requirements, and solutions that remain sustainable over the long term.
We prefer environments where quality software engineering and clean delivery matter—where software is not just built, but deliberately designed, implemented, and operated for years.
As the creators and operators of time cockpit, we combine classic project work with real product experience from running a successful SaaS application.

Over 30 Years of Microsoft & .NET Experience
Our roots are deep in the Microsoft ecosystem. For more than 30 years we have worked with .NET, SQL Server and related technologies—and we have actively experienced the evolution of the platform.
Through the continuous development of time cockpit we now have more than 15 years of in-depth experience with Microsoft Azure—from architecture and security to operating production systems.

SaaS Delivery & Operations with Real-World Know-How
We know what it means to develop and operate a SaaS solution successfully: scalability, availability, security, monitoring, and cost control (and optimization) are part of our daily work.
We bring that experience directly into customer projects— whether it’s building new cloud applications, migrating existing systems, or ensuring stable operations of complex platforms.

Requirements Engineering as the Foundation
Successful software starts with clear requirements. We support companies with structured elicitation, analysis, and prioritization of requirements and ensure that business and engineering are aligned.
Especially in enterprise environments, this is crucial: we facilitate between business units, IT, security, and operations, document decisions transparently, and create a solid basis for delivery.

DevOps, CI/CD & Build Automation
Modern software delivery doesn’t end with the commit. We have many years of experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation as well as operating production systems.
We pay attention to auditability, reproducible builds, clear environments and clean rollout strategies— typically in toolchains and processes common in large organizations.
For us, these topics are not optional, but an integral part of professional enterprise software delivery.

International Projects & Enterprise Experience
We work closely with large international corporations from industries such as construction, automotive, industrial manufacturing, software, and commodity trading— both in consulting and hands-on delivery.
We bring engineering expertise, delivery experience, and a deep understanding of complex organizations: aligned architectures, integration into existing system landscapes, security requirements, data and API concepts, and collaboration across countries and time zones.
Our focus is on solutions that work in large organizations—with clear ownership, stable operating models, and an implementation approach that scales across multiple teams.

Long-Term Partnerships & Team Enablement
We work with many of our customers for years. We don’t see ourselves as a short-term vendor, but as a long-term technology partner.
That means: we take responsibility in multi-year initiatives, build sustainable knowledge, and work closely with internal teams—from initial architecture through delivery to continuous evolution in product or platform operations.
If needed, we also strengthen existing teams on the customer side with experienced engineers who integrate quickly and create value fast.

Example Projects from the Real World
A Selection of Delivered Systems Across Product Development, Project Work and Operations
The following examples provide an insight into typical projects where architecture, delivery, and operations were considered holistically—from business-critical enterprise applications to highly available cloud platforms.
Cashflow & Treasury Management Delivery of a cloud-based system for group-wide liquidity planning, cashflow analysis and treasury reporting, including integration with existing finance and ERP systems.
Regulatory Reporting Platforms Implementation of a SaaS solution to automate regulatory requirements in finance, including transparent reporting processes, data consistency and compliance-ready workflows.
Commodity Trading Platform Development of a trading platform with high requirements for performance, availability and data consistency to support business-critical trading and execution processes.
Digital Production & Plant Platform Implementation of a web-based platform for centralized collection and analysis of production, process and plant data, including integration of control, weighing, lab and order data.
Azure Provisioning Platform (Infrastructure as Code) Building a central platform for automated provisioning of Azure resources using PowerShell and Bicep, where architecture, security and compliance requirements were implemented fully as code to enable a controlled transition from on-premises to cloud architectures.
